These Terms govern your use of the nox application and the trynox.app website (together, the “Service”). By downloading or using nox, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
We grant you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use nox on Macs you own or control, for personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, rent, or sublicense nox, or attempt to reverse‑engineer, decompile, or circumvent its licensing or security except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
nox offers a 7‑day free trial with every feature unlocked and no credit card required. After the trial, nox is a one‑time purchase — a $4.99 launch price (50% off the regular $9.99) for a limited time — with no subscription. Payments are processed by our authorized payment provider, which acts as merchant of record and handles applicable taxes. Every purchase is covered by a 14‑day money‑back guarantee; see our Refund Policy. We may change pricing or features in the future, or discontinue the Service. We'll aim to give reasonable notice of material changes.
nox, its name, logo, design, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual‑property laws. These Terms don't transfer any of those rights to you beyond the license above.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or that it will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim (which may be zero).
The Service interoperates with third parties (e.g. Apple, your media apps and browsers, and our hosting/email providers). We aren't responsible for those third parties or their content, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
